Sound Healing Treatment
Sound Healing Sessions are Powerful. A session is a combination with your intention, various sound tools and transmitted through love. There are two kinds of sound healing sessions, either active or passive. Each Sound Healing sessions benefits the whole body. Sound has always been used to alter consciousness, which helps one person to go deep into relaxation.
An active session is when the client wants to release trauma or stuck energy. The incoherent vibration (energy block) transforms through dialogue, as we track into back into the root of the problem. The client is fully engaged in this participation.
A passive session is for those who feel exhausted, stressed and is in need of deep relaxation. The client shares their intention, and then simply let’s go. The sound does the rest of the work, to help rejuvenate and replenish the body.
With an open heart and mind, you will feel better than before you came in. Sound Healing is a way to transform blocked energy, emotions and trauma.

Sound healing treatments are 75 minutes and cost $175. You can also book a 2 hour Sequoia Signature Massage $245, which combines massage, sound healing, and reflexology.

what does a sound healing treatment look like?
You are fully clothed during a sound healing session. A discussion will take place to determine what you need and what your intentions are for the session. Sounds will be created for you to support your intention with various instruments which may include voice, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, didgeridoo, flute and more.
how to prepare for a sound healing treatment?
Wear comfortable clothes and stay hydrated. Tune into how you are feeling, and what your intentions may be for your healing session. It’s ok if you don’t have an intention, you can always choose to allow the subconcious wisdom to guide the treatment.
